Physical exercise means the movement of the limbs according to rules. Its aim is to keep good health. In order to win success in life, we should have sound health which depends on regular exercise. For it is a physical exercise that makes our muscles strong and body active. It also improves our power of digestion. In fact. It is impossible to keep fit without taking some form of physical exercise. There are various forms of exercise. Walking, racing, swimming, rowing, riding, gymnastics, wrestling are good forms of exercise. But all forms of exercise are not suitable for all men. There are people who work hard to earn a living. They need not take physical exercises. Exercises is harmful to health. So we should always take such exercise as would suit us. If we want to live a happy life we must maintain a sound body and sound mind. And we can do it by taking physical exercise regularly.
