A STREET BEGGAR
In any town, street beggars are a common sight. They may be men, women or children. Some beggars are old. Some are diseased and some are able-bodied. They sit or stand by the side of the street and stretch their hands to all passers-by for alms. Some beggars are very clever to have alms from men. Some have their characteristic tones to attract the attention of the people. The beggars are very dirty and often demoralised. The diseased beggars spread diseases. Government should make laws to discourage beggary.
