Sir,

I would like to request you to kindly allow me to express my view through the columns of your esteemed daily about the recently organised dacoities in some parts of West Bengal. The news of scattered incidents of organised dacoities has become common to different parts of West Bengal.

A gang of robbers with bombs, revolvers, swords break the collapsible gate or wooden door and enter the room. They not only snatch valuable goods but also injure or kill the members of the family. Such incidents occur every day in many parts of West Bengal. Police are informed by the common people frequently but they turn a deaf ear to their request. And also no active step has yet been taken by the government. There is no security in the life of common people.

In the circumstances, the authority concerned is earnestly requested to save the life of common people and to maintain law and order government must take necessary steps.
