With due respect, I am XXXX (Your Name), the assistant Headmaster of  XXXXXX (Institute Name). I would like to inform you that I shall have completed my twenty years of service on 25/03/2021 as per my date of joining (i.e. 26/3/2021). But in regard to ROPA- 2019. I cannot assume double increment within Six months. So, I want to access my twenty years of benefit and annual increment at a time. 

So, I shall be very thankful to you if you take the necessary step in this regard. I would be pleased if you put off my twenty years benefit till the annual increment.
