It gives us great pleasure to inform you that the preparations for Durga Puja Celebrations 2020 will begin with the first meeting which is the Durga Puja General Body Meeting scheduled on 9th August 2020, Sunday at 11.00 am at (society) Premises

The celebrations are scheduled from 23rd October 2020 to 26 th October 2020 With a view to involve all sections among our members, the General Body is called to elect/form various sub-committees to conduct/organise the Puja arrangements.

As such, all the members are requested to attend the said meeting positively to make the ensuing Puja a grand success

Dear All members,

The General Body Meeting on Durga 2020 will be held on the 9th of August, Sunday, 3:30 to 5:30 PM at The [Socity Name & Address ]

It is a “members-only” event. However, in order to participate in the meeting people are welcome to take membership at the meeting venue, before the meeting starts.

This meeting is to discuss various things for Durga Puja. As we know we are 70 days away from one of the greatest festivals of Bengalis – Dura Puja.

We sincerely request you to please come by 3:30 so that we have enough time for some constructive discussion. Snacks will be served.
