Suppose, you have passed in the Madhyamik Pariksha (M.P) recently. You require a testimonial from your school with a view to getting admitted into a High School. Now, write an application to the Headmaster or Headmistress of your school for a testimonial / character certificate

I have the honour to inform you that I had been a student of your school until 31st December of the year 2017. I pass the Madhyamik Examination (MP)  from your school in 2017. Now, I intent to get myself admitted into  the Kushmandi High School. So, I need a testimonial/character certificate from you.

I would, therefore, request the favour of your kindly issueing me a testimonial referring to my character, academic secord and other activitie during these five years of study in your institution.
